How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required when registering with Kaiserex — and protects your account by requiring a unique code in addition to your password.

Setup steps:

1. Register your account at id.kaiserex.com
2. Download an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password)
3. Scan the QR code shown during registration
4. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm setup

Once enabled, you’ll need your 2FA code to:

• Log in
• Make withdrawals
• Access sensitive areas of your account

Important: Save your 2FA backup code or recovery options securely. If you lose access to your app, you’ll need support assistance to reset it.
