Kaiserex platform update: Changes to the registration process and new opportunities for customers

7 years ago, Kaiserex was one of the first companies in Lithuania to start working with cryptocurrencies. During this time, we have served more than 1000 clients and created a proprietary trading infrastructure, becoming a flagship in the cryptocurrency market.

Since then, the development of the industry has not stopped – numerous innovations and updates are constantly appearing. We strive to continuously integrate those latest technologies into our solution, so we decided to update our platform, making it more functional and visually appealing.

What have we changed?

• Updated the design of the platform, changing the color scheme to black and purple.
• Added a contact form for quick communication with the support team.
• Changed the unboarding process, making it more convenient.
• Simplified the process of making deposits of altcoins – it can now be done directly on the platform.

What is the goal of these changes?

As a client-oriented company, we performed an analysis of the user experience with our platform, which highlighted a few areas that required improvement.

Based on these observations, we have implemented the above changes. Our goal is to provide the best service, and this requires a seamless and user-friendly website.
